As the owner of a small construction company, Chris was wearing many hats within the business and juggling multiple priorities.

There was a HRIS for documentation to use but no one to provide tailored advice as to how it should be used.
Unpicked and reviewed the documentation within the HRIS and determine the suitability for the business. (Deemed unsuitable)
Created a suite of documents personalised to the client that act as internal templates for the business to easily use moving forward.
Ensuring compliance by reviewing remuneration and allowances as per the award, creating employment contracts, position descriptions, an employee handbook and a performance review framework.
Provided training and support to Chris on topical issues and general HR matters to enable him to manage HR issues on the ground whilst establishing best practice.
