  • Franchisors have many obligations under the Franchise Code of Conduct but generally their Franchisees have little knowledge of employment law and their obligations as a business owner managing staff therefore the Franchisor is exposed by not following their obligations under the Code.
  • Independent business owners, some with multiple entities unsure of their legal requirements to staff.
  • Minimal succession planning and lack of structure for progression creates poor staff motivation.

  • We provided tailored support to Head Office and Franchisees which supports the strategic direction of the Franchise. This involves assistance with hiring, remuneration strategies, staff benefits, performance development, change management, managing current staff matters and ensuring compliance and best practice is delivered.
